I live in North Carolina i have a Verizon Cellphone.
If I call my cousin who lives in NewYork on her home-phone DURING THE WEEKEND is it still free?
like free weekends?
or is that only mobile to mobile?

Well, it depends on your plan details.

You would not pay long distance charges, as those do not apply with cell phones. However, if your plan is free weekends to mobile numbers only, well-that is going to cost. Generally, though, free nights and weekends means to any domestic (not international) number and it would not cost you anything more.

I would certainly call Customer Service and verify, though, to avoid any surprises.

What is the standard used to prove foundation problems versus drywall problem or door / door frame problems?

drywall problems are obvious. what is the problem with door frame? how many? where? do cracks in foundation corrispond with door problems? contact local homebuilders assn. and explain the problem to them. your builder may not be a member, but they can guide you from here.

okay I'll be 16 this year and yea I know I'm a little young to start thinking about these things but (you don't know my home-town) I want to move away of my home town but I have no idea how people prepare for these kinds of things and no one ever takes me seriously when I ask them so can someone give me some information on some kind of places to look into I would prefer some place in New York City

how are you going to support yourself? Finding a place to live in New York is extremely expensive, many times more than North Carolina. whatever sort of job you might get won't even come close to paying your rent in New York. I hope you give this a little more thought.

Im new to the business and would like to know what the going rate is in my area. We are going to be primarily doing new construction cleaning and i would like to know if i should charge by the sqft or the hour? Also, i would like to know how to charge in occupied homes as well? There will be 2 of us cleaning. Any other advice would be greatly appreciated.

I live in Texas and I have a side business Cleaning residential homes. You should charge by the job the first time you clean which will be more than your maintenance cleanings. If you charge by the hour, be sure it is afordable to the home owner but well worth both of your time. I charge $15 per hour. Since you have another girl with you, you would have to double your charge so that you both get your hourly rate. (you can always go up on your rates after you have established yourself with a client)

As for the construction sites, I've never done any of those but I have done the roll cleans at Apartment complexes. I charge by the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms there are.

I was wondering if there are programs, Federal or State, for North Carolina, that would qualify them to have assistance repairing their home or having a new one set up or built on their property. I am searching online but I'm not sure what I should be searching for exactly. If anyone has insight into this, I'd really appreciate it!

Also, I'm not sure I'm listing this in the correct category. I apologize if I'm not.
Prehaps I should clarify what I mean by assisstance...
In the world I live in the word means HELP... not "do this for me". They are trying to save money, as much as they can, to go toward fixing their home or having a new one built. I was unsure if there were programs that would assist people that are clearly trying to help theirselves. They are not the type of people that look for "freebies" or hand outs. You idiotic people should not pass judgements on others!

You might also want to search for the opposite of what you need: A few years ago I had a lot of un-used paint I wanted to donate to some place like Habitat for Humanity. They would only take really LARGE SCALE amounts, not what a home owner has left over. Ultimately, I found a non-profit group in my area, that they did exactly what you did = helping seniors, disabled, and low income keep their house maintained.
