What is the right decision that to apply mortgage in banks or mortgage finance companies ? is everywhere mortgage rates same or different ? How much I have to pay down payment? I am a stay at home mother and I would like to continue to keep it that way. But financially we are in a bit of a crunch and I was wondering if anyone knew of any legitimate jobs that I can do from home that I do not have to pay for. I need something that is reliable and that I will continue to receive payment from. I will be moving to a new home and it will not be possible without a steady second income. It does not have to be fulltime wages. Any New Jersey business' out there that can use an employee from home?

Is it legal to have a camera in your living room with no sound and only takes picture of people walking fromoutside when your not home and they don't know that the camera is there, even though you can't miss it?

I live in New Jersey and I can't find any laws about this.

Would I be better off to by a small home in New Jersey then pay NYC (Manhattan and Brooklyn) rent and not get anything out of it? Homeownership is a goal for me anyway, especially if I can do it for about the same price as renting.

I suggest westchester or rockland county. its a 30 minute commute from the city, homes arent nearly as expensive as long island or new jersey, and the tax burden isnt as serious. trust me, long island is almost as expensive as manhattan, and new jersey is ridiculously corrupt, your taxes will go through the roof. an average home in a new york suburb will run you at least 300k, a starter home will cost maybe 250$

but my dude, aint you like, only 19? you cant afford to live here on your salary even if there were three of you. the only possible way you would be able to afford to live in NY as a college student is if you lived in a dorm, and dorms suck.
