New Home And Blue Print

construction program for computers, for remoldeling?
I need to find a computer program so that I can make, say basic blueprints of my new home so I can add rooms, remove walls, and other such things. this way it will all be done to scale.

Does any one know what this is called? Where I can buy one, or if there are any free online ones I could even download?

It is a fantastic design program. I invest in real estate and do many remodeling projects. The program does what I want it to and is easy to learn unlike most other programs I have used. I hope this helps.

This program also does flow-charts, plumbing diagrams, electrical diagrams and many more options.

I'm not new to photography, nor to printing at home, but I've switched to a new setup and just can't figure out how to fix what's wrong. I'm using a Nikon D50 camera and a MacBook, and on both screens my photos look good and normal. However, when I print them out on my HP Photosmart D7360 they turn out too blue and dark, no matter which program I use to print them.

I used to use the same printer, but a different camera and a PC and had no problems. I'm assuming it has to do with my print settings on my MacBook, but I have no idea how to fix it. Help?

First of all, you cannot expect your printer to match that of your monitor. For one simple reason, you can adjust the contrast and brightness to your personal liking but cannot expect your printer to match this. The same reason a photo/image will not look the same from one monitor to the next. Only with expensive monitors and software can what you truly want be achieved. ICC profiles have to be created so that any 2 devices can achieve a similar same color space output.

I think you need to look into your printer settings and locate some profile settings. You'll have to make whatever adjustment this particular model has available to you in efforts to try to match your desired output as closely as possible.

I am remodeling my basement & need to locate my sewer & main water vault (to shut off water to house) and don't have blue prints.We went crazy looking for them....HELP!!

From the basement, you should be able to locate the water line coming into the house. Get a measurement from a wall or window and transfer it outside. Most water piping is run straight so walk a line out towards the street and you should be able to locate it. If it is buried, you may need a piece of steel rod with a point on the end to probe the ground.

At the end of the day construction is like any other business you do it to make money any additional expense is past on to the customer.

if when selling a house they said we can insulate the wall between the houses much better but you will lose 4-5 inches of floor space and cost an additional £5000

My husband and I bought a manufactured home 4 years ago. The home is on a foundation, but of course the home is still movable. We want to keep the land that the home is currently on but have the home moved to another lot. After talking to a loan officer at the bank we have our mortgage through we had started making plans to build a home on the lot that the home is still on. The loan officer indicated all we need to do was refinance the home onto the other lot to release the lean on the property that the home is currently on. However, after finding a buyer for the home(once it was moved) ,finding a contractor to build our new home, buying blue prints, getting approved for the construction loan, and having all the people needed to move the manufactured home and pour footers and build the block ready to go, the same loan officer who told us all we had to do was refinance said oops she was wrong the mortgage has to be paid in full before the home can be moved. We are devastated and are still trying to make this happen. If a bank would let someone finance the home and lot based on what the home would appraise for after it is moved and set up, we could pay off the mortgage. The problem is I cant find any bank who is financing mobile homes . If anyone has any suggestions or ideas on how this could possibly work. I would very much appreciate any help.
I dont want to build on the other lot. I live next door to my grandmother and I want and need to be close to her. Also we purchased the other lot with the sole purpose of moving the home on it. I wouldnt want to build there. Also I have all the money needed to move the home and build the foundation (8000$) and we would pay for that not the buyer!!
