We are looking for more space and something brand new. We can only afford a new mobile home in a fairly nice park. Is it worth leaving the comfort of owning a home?
Our current house was built in the 80's, has 2 1/2 bedrooms, and is well kept. We are residing in the Temecula area. I didn't know about some chemical present in mobile homes called "formaldehyde", which supposebly can cause nasal cancer and leukemia... I am planning to live there for 5 years... is that considered a long term exposure?? I am in the process of buying a new mobil home and I keep hearing that if I buy a new mobil home my first year of home insurence is suppose to be free. I really need help right now. If is is not free I can get home insrurence from another company that will not be on my home payment.
I have never heard of free insurance.
Go talk to your agent and see about getting a policy in place when you purchase the home.
You don't get free insurance when you purchase a car. Purchasing a house is no different.
