Memphis New Home

Hello:

We are looking for the cheapest home appraiser possible- we are in the process of trying to purchase a new home but we need the current one appraised. Any suggestions?

It should be fair to pay the appraisers the fee they deserve. Just do some simple calculation: to get the license, the appraiser trainees need 2 years to accumulate the 2000 hours of experience required by state. With a two year education, a person usually get paid about $20/hour. An appraisal report will take about 2 days to finish. Adding all other expenses like gas, computer, data sources, software, tax, etc., then you know how much is the fair price.

its how they put the teams with their records. they try to put everything fairly...but sometimes you just can't do it.

And its not home court advantage...Louisville is like 40 miles away from where their home court is...

I think Memphis and Dan will get nominated and that Memphis will be the one who gets evicted. I can't wait for the PoV. This show is finally getting interesting.

I agree with you that Jerry will probably nominate Dan and Memphis but I think that if anyone is smart they should get Dan out instead of Memphis. I don't think it would make sense to nominate one of each pair as then there would be a tie in the vote and Jerry would have to make the final decision. Although, people seem to think that Renny would win hands down if she makes it to the final 2 so maybe this would be Jerry's shot to get her out.

Thing is with there only being 5 people, there is a 40% chance that one of the nominees will win POV and the vote will change. BUT, if Jerry were to put up Memphis and Keesha, and one of them win the POV, then he could put the other one up of the pair, so if Memphis wins POV, he could put up Renny, if Keesha wins he could put up Dan. I think since Dan and Renny are the real targets that may indeed be the way to go. So if either Dan or Renny are on the block I think they will be the ones to go - if they are on the block with each other, I think that Jerry will end up with the split vote and he will fall for Dan's crap and keep Dan thinking that if he ends up in the final two with Dan that Dan has pissed so many people off that he would be able to win against him.

I'm so happy that Jerry won - thank you for the spoiler. I was thinking that him getting HOH would be the only interesting scenario.

Defense investigators for the West Memphis three took cigarette butts from the home of murder victims Stevie Branch’s step-father, Terry Hobbs. The mitochondrial DNA found on a hair in one of the victims ligatures matched the DNA found on the cigarette butts. (Arkansas Democrat Gazette 3 Feb 08)

This is an interesting case and certainly the new evidence must be reviewed by a court. There are just too many questions in the case to let three men seat in prison without examining any new information.

How do you feel about the case?

This is a case that has bugged me for a long, long time. I've always felt the WM3 were convicted primarily because of their clothing and lifestyles. Not to mention their relative poverty and ignorance. I wasn't in the courtroom, but I never heard any news reports with actual evidence in them. The victims, the families and the community deserve the truth, and I hope this new evidence provides some sort of real and tangible answers.
