Shortly after I purchased my home, the builder I purchased it from dropped the base purchase price of their standing inventory of the same phase release by over $100,000. Is there anything I can legally do? They overnight devalued my home and the 15 other home owners in the subdivision by 28.5%. I know they can alter their pricing during the next phase release but they can they change it while they are still selling the same phase I bought into? The price drop occured three months after the closing of my home. The builder's sales rep has now stated they are not planning on building anymore homes in the community until at least 2009, but are selling the remaining standing inventory from phase 1 and 2 for the lower base price plus whatever they're charging for the options.
why dont you just sue. lawyers are seeking this type of lawsuits
His company is going Bankrupt and he is maxed out on his credit lines at bank and with his 4 credit cards.Builders need their cash and he hasnt sold his homes. So the good life has come to an end.So has sex, vacations, cars and Las Vegas.
I met a guy who said he's always loved me.He has a tremendous amount of wealth.Im confused on what to do next.If I leave my husband,I want to leave quickly..But I also want to let my husband know that I will throw him some cash every now and then from this guy
What if this new guy sucks at sex?
I know I got a smokin hot body and guys drool over me.
I just want security.
I'm gonna leave hubby and start a new life.
Is this a good choice?
Wow, I feel sorry for you. You definitely have no idea what marriage/love are about, nor does it seem you will ever care to learn. Your priorities in life are completely messed up. Try looking past your reflection in the mirror once in a while!!! Money won't last and neither will this or any of your future marriages!!!!!!
New Versus Resale - Pros and Cons | Shelter Realty Inc - Las Vegas ...
Let’s start off by saying that purchasing price aside; it is obvious that a new Las Vegas home will be relatively free of the aging problems that require maintenance in older homes. Kitchen and laundry room appliances will be under temporary warranty for a year or so, the a/c system may be under a manufacturers warranty for five to ten years, the hot water heater is usually under warranty for about five years, sometimes longer.
In regard to purchasing however, due to the higher costs of land today, the price per square foot of new construction will be considerably higher than in an older home. The interior design of new homes, however, makes more efficient use of space than most older homes.
A builders warranty covers structural defects, and the buyer’s homeowner insurance adds further protections. New, energy-efficient appliances, Energy Star windows and improved insulating materials make for lower utility costs than older homes.
