Does anyone know if New Mexico accept home school transcripts?

My family and I are soon to be returning from overseas and possibly relocate to New Mexico. My wife has been homeschooling our sons and we need to know if the school system will accept their home school transcripts. If you do not know then does anyone know where I could find this information?

Check the laws in your state, that information should be included there.

Can parents be arrested for not registering their home schooled children every year in New mexico?

What if they haven't done it since the first year of home schooling?
Is there anyway to not be arrested?

Some states do have laws about parents having to notify the public school of their intent to homeschool their children, as Minnesota does. However, according to the Homeschool Legal Defense Association's Summary of New Mexico Law, parents in New Mexico are under no legal obligation to register their children as homeschoolers. Therefore, your parents would not get arrested. You can look it up yourself on the website.

Need to find a home in Albuquerque, New Mexico...do-able with less than good credit?

I'm a single Mom, relocating myself and my kids out to Albuquerque...but I am pretty nervous about the prospects, I have horrible credit since my divorce.

I will have a roommate with better credit however, so I'm hoping that might help my chances of finding someone to rent us a home...I am just nervous about not finding one before the school year starts, I'd hate to have no home for my children come the new school year.

My father has offered to co-sign for us and has impeccable credit...but is that likely to even be an option, does anyone allow for co-signers in that situation?

We have been paying $1,400.00 a month currently and are hoping to move and pay closer to $1,000...if there is anyone from the area, could you give me some ideas about the rental market within the area.

...also, information on the High Schools would be helpful as well.

Thanks in advance.

stay home in Texas where ive been all my life or go to school in New Mexico where i dont know anyone?

Im 19 going on 20 my problem is that ive been in Texas all my life, never really left a radius of 10 miles, just for family trips but they weren’t even out of the city. Im now going away to school in new mexico. My family is just out of it with me leaving. Am I being selfish by leaving?…. I just know theres more Than Friday night lights and it revolving around high school footbal. I really need change in my life, it’s the same routine everyday! all my high school friends have stayed and married their high school sweethearts, nothing wrong with that but i just cant help feeling....bored. i even got bored of the same guys, never really dated. ahhh! my parents think ill just end up abandoning them and never come back, by the way im not their only child. im the middle child of 5 kids! .....please help me! i need to know if leaving everything i know from day one is a bad choice. should i stay? take a chance? what would you do?.... this reminds me of 'who says you cant go home' by Bon Jovi

hi may
ajay k here
i think instead of asking anybody, first of all u need to realize u'r own interest and to comparethem with u'r priorities
see if u are going to new mexico to make u'r career being u'r aim then no doubt u can go ahead. As far as u'r family is concerned. just sit with them together for an hour or so and try to explain them u'r reason behind going to mexico genuinely and i'm sure they will understand
but if u rjust going there for change, then believe me u may feel more bored over there 'coz in starting u will be new to the place will take time to make new friend and adjust with the culture and people over there.life is going to be tough for u as u r for the first time going out of u'r house.
there is a saying:
"DON'T MAKE PROMISES WHEN U R IN JOY,DON'T REPLY WHEN U R SAD N DON'T TAKE DECISION WHEN U R ANGRY" THINK TWICE,ACT WISE

Top officials of U.S.S. New Mexico sub visit Naval cadets ...

The skipper and top enlisted man of the U.S.S. New Mexico Navy submarine are paying a weekend visit to their vessel’s namesake. They will attend the Sunday opening of an exhibit at the New Mexico History Museum dedicated to the new submarine and the earlier U.S.S. New Mexico, a battleship that saw combat in World War Two. Commander George Perez and Senior Chief Eric Murphy visited Bataan Military charter school today, talking with students about life in the Navy and service on a submarine. Perez is from San Antonio, Texas, but proud to be the skipper of the New Mexico. ” I jumped at the chance to – number one – be affiliated with the command of a nuclear powered submarine in the Navy in general, but – two – to be kind of tied to New Mexico,” said Perez. ” It was just a motivating opportunity for me.” Murphy said the New Mexico is in dry-dock right now at its home port in Groton, Connecticut, in what the Navy calls post-shakedown availability. ” We took the New Mexico out, ran her through her paces, ” said Murphy. ” Now we’ll get some things fixed, get some things tweaked on, get some software updated, and we’ll be out hitting it hard again this year.” Perez said the New Mexico will undergo sea trials in about six months, then join the fleet for operational duty.
