We bought a new home in Ohio but we still own a home in PA. We had a home office in PA. We moved to Ohio in Jan. and have a home office there. We no longer have home office in Pa. How to I write off Pa home office for taxes? Do I have to file in 2 states?

I am not sure if I registered at the office when I went to look at a spec home. I have decided I will buy the house but now prefer to have a realtor on my side through this process. I just dont know if maybe a realtor can help me get a better deal (advocate for me). First of all can he even go with me and help me out? If not why not? I understand the commission issue but is there anything else besides that?
You always have the right to have a Realtor go with you to home builder office. The main problem would be the commission, most home builder offices have a policy that you must register with your agent present the first time you visit..that way they feel your agent has worked for their commission and the sales agent at the builders office doesn't have to do all the work and then have another agent come in to write the deal without showing you the home first. With all that though I would take the Realtor and see what happens, it's not like homes are jumping into escrows like they were a while ago and new home sales are the sales that are down more then resales, you wouldn't think a seller would want to lose a deal over you bringing your Realtor in and if they do ask about a referral for one side or the other so you feel more comfortable with your own Realtor.
I have lost my passport with my visa stamp, I now have a new passport and photo copies of the old passport, will the home office consider this and issue me with a new visa stamp??
They should have your name and other details written down somewhere - so by showing them your new passport they should replace your stamp, yes.
But it won't extend your stay.
This is making me so angry. I just installed Microsoft Office and Student 2007 and it's not showing up on my desktop. I already activate it and signed into Microsoft online but I can't get into the program. I need to type a paper this weekend. I had to uninstall the 60 trail that was on my computer before installing the one I purchased at Costco. What do I need to do? Has anyone had problems with installing? HELP!

Hellogeri is a graphic designer from St-John's, Canada. She recently renovated her home office and this is what she's done with it. Although it's not completely finished, we like where this is going. It's nicely lit and got wooden floors, which are highlighted by the white furniture and nice decor.
Her computing needs are taken care of an iMac, a 13" MacBook Pro, and a Wacom Intuous 4 tablet. She's got an Apple keyboard as well as an iPad on her desk. She uses an IKEA Alex drawer unit to store some larger-sized paper that would otherwise clutter her work area. Her bookshelves are part of IKEA Expedit's line . There is one hidden on the side of her desk to store magazines and books.
