It is vital I find a plant shop in nyc that sells organic planting seeds.

Wow so far all the other gardeners who have answered this so far are not aware that there are indeed USDA certified organic seeds. There are they are from parent plants grown out on organic farms.

The best place to get such seeds in mail order. my favorite companies for seeds are http://www.fedcoseed.com http://www.johnnysseeds.com, http://www.rareseeds.com, http://www.seedsavers.org.

All of these places have both organic and conventionally grown seed as well as lots of heirloom (heritage or open pollinated) seed

I'm going to New York in October and want to go to the Knicks Celtics pre-season in Maddison Square Garden.Should tickets be difficult to buy?

Probably not because the Knicks are not good. Maybe the game might be more crowded than other because the Celtics will be playing, or maybe they will be easier to get because it will probably be a blowout. My bet is on the tickets being pretty easy to get.

This is my first home with a real yard and I am clueless as to what kinds of flowers and plants to buy. It is warm over the summer mostly 70's or sometimes low 80's, with cold winters, but I'm more concerned with what plants will do well now, over the summer months. Looking for pretty colors but nothing to high maintenance since I am an amateur when it comes to gardening. Any ideas or suggestions would be great. Thanks!

Does Madison Square Garden deserve the title of "The home of wrestling"..just because it hosted the very 1st Wrestlemania??

We all know that MSG is a world renowned venue for sporting events,rock/pop concerts etc...but if it did'nt hold the 1st wrestlemania would it still have that prestigious title of 'the home of wrestling'????

If not MSG,...what other venue is worthy???

Also,as some of you know i'm in the uk and it has always been a lifelong ambition to watch wrestling in MSG..i'd like thoughts from users who have been to see wrestling there!!! thanks!!!

MSG didn't get the title of being the "home of wrestling" just because of the first Wrestlemania. Madison Square Garden was the home of the WWF and the WWWF during the territory days. It has hosted more wrestling events than any other arena. So many big events have happened there. Bruno Sammartino won and lost his first WWWF Championship at MSG. Bob Backlund won the title at MSG when it was renamed as the WWF Championship. Hulkamania was born at MSG when Hogan pinned the Iron Sheik for the WWF Title. MSG was where Jimmy Snuka leaped from the top of the cage. Like you said, Wrestlemania I took place at MSG, as did Wrestlemania 10 and 20 (which is my favorite Wrestlemania). MSG saw the first PPV ladder match in WWF history as well as the first ever Elimination Chamber. It saw Triple H vs. Cactus Jack in a Street Fight at Royal Rumble 2000. It saw John Cena's shocking return at Royal Rumble 2008. MSG is the home of wrestling because it has seen more historic wrestling events than any other arena in the world.

more questions about taking the train to NY from Ct. I have never taken a train before and have no idea what to do or where exactly to go and buy tickets. Can i buy train ticket weeks or days in advance?
Im In Plainville, Connecticut. Where can i go to get tickets?
I need them to go to NY and then come home that night, it might even be after midnight...do they run that late?
The date is May 9th... Im taking my daughter to the My Chemical Romance Concert.
I just want to make sure we have tickets there and back in advance.

If you take Amtrak from New Haven, it will take you to Penn Station which is right below MSG. You can buy tickets in advance or at the station.

Taking Metro North from New Haven will be much cheaper, but it'll put you across town at Grand Central Terminal. From there you can take the S or 7 train to Times Square and then a downtown 1,2 or 3 train to Penn Station, which again, is in the same complex as MSG. For Metro North you are much better off buying tickets in advance or at the station. If you buy them on the train you'll pay much more for them.
