My new home's drywall is cracking. Is that normal in Colorado?

I bought this house a little over a year ago & noticed a year ago that almost all the corners were cracking & a few places in the middle of walls (most vertical cracks.) They (the builders through warranty & then because they were nice) came by 7-8 times to fix them (caulk and paint) but they keep coming back in the same places & new places. They keep telling me this is normal for Colorado, but I have lived here for almost 7 years & this is the first I have ever had this kind of problem. There are 2 large cracks in the foundation, thin but long & vertical. I know a few cracks are normal, but continuously throughout the house & over & over, more & more?
The house was finished in Dec. 2007. They have been by 6-7 times before the warranty was up to 'fix' the problems, and once or twice since it was up.

You've gotten good info.
If the cracks are just above the doors and windows they were framed improperly. If continuous cracks on the exterior walls you may have a foundation problem or the sill plate or band was not done properly.
If they are on interior walls correct bearing may not have been installed to transfer the load to the foundation or piers under the house.
If they have been out 9 times seems if it was an easy fix they would do it instead of return trips, nothing is more costly or frustrating than return work.
There is no such thing as a warranty expiring if the work is proven faulty and was done by a licensed builder, especially the foundation.

How to Find a Home Builder?

I recently came across a web listing for new Condos coming to Colorado Springs. The site only shows the floorplan and general details. I would like to contact the builder which the site claims in "Legacy Ridge" but no contact information of any sort is listed.

I am just a little confused and frustrated considering I have contact information from others builders found on this site. Any suggestions on locating the builder, I have been to legacyridge.com, net, and org to no avail.

this is a link to the info,

The county tax office can tell you who owns the land, that is a start.
