Albuquerque New Mexico Home

I'm a single Mom, relocating myself and my kids out to Albuquerque...but I am pretty nervous about the prospects, I have horrible credit since my divorce.

I will have a roommate with better credit however, so I'm hoping that might help my chances of finding someone to rent us a home...I am just nervous about not finding one before the school year starts, I'd hate to have no home for my children come the new school year.

My father has offered to co-sign for us and has impeccable credit...but is that likely to even be an option, does anyone allow for co-signers in that situation?

We have been paying $1,400.00 a month currently and are hoping to move and pay closer to $1,000...if there is anyone from the area, could you give me some ideas about the rental market within the area.

...also, information on the High Schools would be helpful as well.

I was reading a weekly news magazine and saw a picture of this restaurant with "Home of the Little Red Chili Burger" painted across its front wall & it was said to have amazing ones! I have no idea what the name or location of the place is, other than it is in Old Town.

It's located at 1501 Mountain Road! It's called Wimpy's Little Red Hamburger Hut!
