Im cheap so im having my sweet sixteen at home. What theme(s) would best work out (decoration wise) at my house? (it has a few levels but is filled with the normal stuff, couch, big cushy chairs, dinning room table etc). Should i remove some furniture temporary for the party? What should i decorate my house with(since i cant paint or put up big props)?
i might go with a winter wonderland theme or a chocolate theme

for the winter wonderland theme....
get anything that's clear glass, crystals, white, silver, anything shimmery like; organza cloth, silver metallic printed cloths, big shimmery confetti and lots of candles...

for the chocolate theme....
a chocolate fountain, make like a dessert table with cakes, cup cakes, candy and chocolates all over..
chocolate wrapper invitation, kinda like Charlie and the chocolate factory.

My one year old cat is so sneaky. He hides constantly. He opens doors when they are closed by pushing on them until they pop open. He opens cabinets and pulls things out with his claws. He sleeps on the couch even though we do not allow him on furniture. He sheds incessantly and we have friends who are allergic to fur. We spray him when we catch him but he knows our schedule and gets into the habit of doing things behind our backs. When we come home, he never ever does these things. He is so introverted, he wont even play around us anymore. But as soon as we leave the room or go to sleep, he is climbing on furniture and scratching around the apartment. How do we get him to be more obedient and friendly. He is so shy and fearful. He used to be very playful and sweet but always very needy and defiant.

If he never does these things when you are around, it might be hard to correct. I would try watching him when he thinks you are not watching (maybe even hiding), and then immediately after he engages in a behavior you wish to discourage, spray him. It's important to also offer an alternative behavior. For example, when he jumps on the couch, spray him. Then when he comes back down, reward him (with a treat or something he likes) for this acceptable alternative behavior. It's important for him to be punished (sprayed) IMMEDIATELY after a behavior occurs, so that he will associate this bad behavior with a response he does not like.

Like I said, this might be hard if he never does this when you're around, but it should help if you are able to hide and catch him doing some of these things.
