Residential Home Furniture

I am trying to get an estimate of the cost of furniture ONLY for a high end residential home that is 12,000 sq.ft.
This price will not be including flooring, lighting fixtures, etc. Just simply the furniture. I think 10,000 - 15,000 per room sounds about right. Plus a little for accent areas (hallways, etc.)... Does that sound too high?

you could easily spend more than $10,000 on one nice antique piece. one large nice leather sofa for your family room at a medium end furniture store can run $5000+.....& you'll need 1 each for the game room, media room, living room, family room ...how many bedroom sets do you need? kid's rooms are not so costly....certainly not $5000...

you should chart out each room & basic pieces you want in each & where they will go to give yrself an idea of quantity/quality. game room, media room, dining room etc....

you should bargain if you purchase a quantity of furniture in one store......

Not Allowed to do any IT business from home, please guide ?

As per law I am interested to know , What types of businesses in Computers, IT / IT Security filed are allowed from Residential Flat in a Co-operative Housing Society ?.

I have a small 1RK Residential Flat in a Society.

Society Secretary is giving lot of mental & physical disturbances since last 2 years. He has not given me my Share Certificate also. I am always troubled by this person.

My Question :-
Since I am in IT / Computer Field -
Can I do my Computer / Consultation here ?
ALONG WITH ME & MY FAMILY STAYING HERE FOR 24 HOURS as per the LAW ?

OR What type of business / consultancy is permitted from residenntial flat in society ?

Facts :-
I have Noticeboard, Furniture (Table for Computer, Chairs, Cupboards) alongwith Gods Temple, Child's Book Rack, TV thru TV tuner Card in PC, Bed in my Bedroom, Cylinders & related material in my Kitchen,
We stay here for last 2 years since purchase alongwith my wife & family members(4)

A lot of people do business @ home, which IT & related businessess are permitted ?

So, I've been meaning to get a filing cabinet and keep records of things like my mom always did. So my boyfriend's mom bought me one on the fly, and now I have to fill it. I'm going to the store later for hanging folders and regular folders and labels (I'm an accountant, so I'm used to keeping records in an office). I made a list of some things I'll want to keep records of, but I feel like I'm forgetting something. Here's my list:

Rent - Receipts, copies of cashiers checks, and stuff related to our apartment
Qwest - internet invoices, payment proof
PG&E - Electric bills and check stubs
Income - All check stubs from his and my work
Jobs - Records, notes, business cards of all the damned temp places I registered with
Inventory - Record of all assets, furniture, appliances, worth
Recipes - I'd like to start writing them down when they come to me
Achievements - Degrees, certifications, awards
Important Dates - Records of when shit happens
Residential History - For those annoying job applications that want you to go back 10 years (I was f*cking 12 ten years ago...)
Job History - Names, dates, addresses, numbers, all that stuff you can't remember when you want references

So that's what I have so far. Any more ideas?

list with birthdays, anniversaries, take index card and tape your recipes onto them and you will not need to write, a list of the clothing size of people you buy clothing for, this one will need to be updated periodically, serial numbers of electronic devices, warranty on purchased items with expiration dates, list of service technicians

I own a residential lot with a house on it that is in serious disrepair. The property is next door to my home and I bought it to eventually tear it down and enlarge our yard. Before we tear it down though I would like to find someone who will sell the old furniture, fixtures, even the old furnance in the house. I'll sell everything down to the windows, doors, wood, faucets anything.
Are there any businesses that do this? What are they called and how do I contact them?

or residential premises or flat in societies
