I'm pretty modest. Owning a luxury apartment will be good enough for me. But in a custom built home, I'll reserve one spacious room as a "Chill Lounge." I will paint it blue, have lava lamps,sophisticated furniture, surround sound system, candles and several windows just to name a few things.

my dream home will b a small villa with a big garden and a swimming pool.the interiors will be pristine white with modern furnitures and tints of blue mainly aqua to add colour.

Ok, well i wuld really like my house to look like a model home, but unfortunately, 2 things: 1. No money to buy any more furniture, and 2. our house was attacked by clutter, and my mom is VERY slopy! she says "well we all just hav 2 work together!" in this annoying babyish voice i mean, im practically 12! i obviously no that! ive been woring on cleaning up all my stuff for the past couple months, and thts all done! now its just my moms stuff. there is 5 people living in our home: Mom, Dad, Grandma, Grandpa, and me luckily my dad is a clean/organize freak like mee! (i get it from him) messy, unorganized, clutter=Major Headaches and migraines! my grandpa wants it to look like a model home too, (and even landscape it and put more siding up outside, and get a brand new flat screen tv, all brand new nice, luxury furniture, and an inground pool,[at least above ground! lol]) and he always fusses about my mom cleaning up her papers, and random water bottles 2 recycle, and other stuff and clutter. My grandma is all 4 my mom. i mean she loves me and grandpa nd stuff, but thinks my mom is just fine! she izz cean herself tho! i absolutely L-O-V-E my mom, but she gets all fussy an grouchy wen a try 2 politely tell her shes a little sloppy and messy and needs to clean and straten up a lil bit sh sezz "tht iz soooo rude! do u no how rude tht sounds little missy! u betr apoligize rite this min. young lady! tht is so rude MaiLeah! (pronounced: mi-LEE)! thn i hav to say thngz lik "im so sry! i ddnt rely meen it! " even tho i did! any ideez on how t clean her stuff up, and break it to her nicely! AND MOST IMPORTANTLY REALLY MAKE IT LOOK LIKE A M-O-D-E-L HOME! gee, thx!

P.S. And maybee.. even ideez on how to... umm.... GET RICH QUICK AND EEZY????!!

Check out flylady.net. Some cool ways to fight the clutter and get it right: Take baby steps, start where you are, get rid of the clutter. Fancy furniture is not necessary to have a model home. Love and accept your mom, she IS your mom.

In Austin, there is a service (austinhomestaging.com) that allows renters to pay normal rent for luxury homes. You live in them until they sell. You fill it with your own furniture, pay utilities, etc., as if it were your own. Anyone have any experience doing this? What are the downfalls?

I had a friend do it and she loved it. Downfalls: The rules about guests and parties are VERY strict. Also, Realtors and potential buyers are walking through your home all hours of the day, and you don't have to be there. Realtors, have to allow them a certain amount of freedom when touring, so there may be a time when a couple, their kids, and even their dog is left wandering through your bedroom and things. My friends biggest complaint is that, although they were touring the house, potential buyers would often look in drawers and other random personal spots.

If you are a relaxed to messy liver don't even consider doing this. The house has to look it's best at all times, so you can forget leaving the bowl you used for cereal in the sink, that would repulse a buyer and violate your agreement. Leaving you instantly homeless.

My friend was in her staged home for 3 months before she was given 2 weeks to vacate. Sounds, like a tough move to me, but She absolutely loved it. As short lived as it was.

No. A private jet is much different because everything must be flightsafe and conform to Faa standards. Kitchens are normally just one or two sided galleys with convection ovens, microwaves, and a few other items. Bedrooms must have seatbelts and are quiet uncommon on most private aircraft. Only very large jets costing tens of millions of dollars can fit bedrooms. A normal jet such as a falcon couldn't fit one. Most have couches, large seats, and a few other features. Bathrooms are nice and may or may not have a shower.
