hey, i just moved into a new apartment and im really into the whole india look of things, really mellowed out with floor seating and textiles and decorations. particularly furniture. anyone have any ideas where i can find this?

I used to know of a website for things made in India, but I can't find it anymore. Overstock.com has lots and lots of stuff so I went to Overstock.com/Furniture and searched India. There were a few things:

I would like to purchase a table/stand to put against a wall in my foyer to make drinks/store a carafe on (with Scotch or Bourbon), but I am not sure of the correct term for such a piece of furniture, and searches for "home bar", "drink stand", and "cocktail table" have not yielded the results I'm looking for. I have noticed such tables in various TV shows and think they make a nice accent piece.

Does anyone know the formal name of this piece of home decor, and where I might purchase one?

I'm going to put it all out there from the beginning until this morning to which she still isn't home. This all started when she went out with work friends on june 15th 2008. She was so drunk she spent the night at a friends house. Then she preceded to tell me about how she about passed out in a guy friends lap. Did dirty dancing with her co-workers, we've been married 3 years and she has yet to dance with me. Then there's this Louis guy "the one she almost passed out in his lap" I received a copy of the phone bill from Louis's wife, and in 16 day's they talked for 34.83 hours on the cell phone. I check our bill and she has only talked to me for 2.5 hours in the same time. She gets up to leave during family time to go call him. She's so bar crazy right now that it's been every saturday night. Then there's the Nascar tickets that she say's she bought for me. Well I've called her out and she still won't admit to me that she bought them for him. How do I know you ask? Well the pass word to get in to the account was this guy's 5 year old son's name and age. She went out to the bar and I saw the tickets in her pocket and she of course denied it. But the tickets disappeared and wow she blamed me for them missing. So I pressed her to reprint the tickets and she said since her surprise was destroyed that she was going to sell the tickets. Well she told me she sold them and got he $137.00. As I left work I went up to her work to get our 5 year olds booster seat guess what I found on the floor board of my vehilce "The tickets". So I confronted her on the lie and she just told me she gave them away. Wow, she thinks I'm stupid. Then there's the nights that she get's picked up at the end of our road by Louis and she say's other people. As far as I saw on the phone bill he was the only one that picked her up. Here it is Sunday moring August 10, 2008 at 8:15 am and she still isn't home and her cell phone is turned off. Wow is that a true surpise? She tells me this is a phase she is going through. Do I believe her? No, it's hard to see what's the truth any more. She has alo looked for apartments,looking at new furniture, has seperated al the bill's, the money. Now that you have the situation in your mind. 1. Do you feel she's cheating on me?
2. Do you think I'm over anailizing everything?
3. I'm thinking about leaving should I?
4. Do I just ignore it because I can trust her?
5. Should I trust her?
Help me here I'm dying of heart ache. One more fact there is a 11 year difference in our age.

1. short of having evidence that she and louis screwed, you have just about everything else. she should not be dirty dancing with anyone but you. she is a married woman. something is going on, and you won't like what you find out.
2. you are not overanalyzing things. sometimes if it quacks like a duck, it's a duck.
3. not saying that you should leave right away, but you need to have a serious talk with her. tell her what you know. let her know that you mean business and that you and she should go to marriage counseling.
4. do not ignore things...they won't go away. she will only continue her behavior, assuming that your allowance of it gives her "cart blanche" to screw around.
5. no, you should not trust her. sounds to me like you and she are in a different stage of life. she is still in the "party girl" phase, and you on the other hand are in the settle down phase. there is nothing wrong with you...she is the problem.

a phase, my butt! she is cheating and it's time to put your foot down. her behavior of looking for a new appt, furniture, etc. tells me that she is planning a coup d' etat and planning to get out. you need to beat her to the punch. counseling might work here, but it sounds like she has made up her mind. let her be with louis. he'll be screwing around on her soon enough. payback is a b**ch. good luck, dude.
