Does anyone know where I can get good bargains for Daycare furniture in New Jersey. I would like to open a Family Daycare in my home for not more than 5 kids.

I'm finding the one that just decorates on dressing out your home with organizing furniture and smaller accessories. How do they charge, what's the routine when trying to adjust to what I want, could they organize getting bargain furniture?

Sounds as if you're describing the services of an interior redesigner. These are people who will come into your home and work with what you already have to give it a fresh look. They may suggest a few smaller purchases but the bulk of their emphasis is on the owners current belongings. If you're looking for someone to help with the organization of clutter (ie files, closets, kitchen cupboards, etc) then you'll want to consider the services of a professional home organizer. The cost of each of these services will depend on the size and scope of the job and is normally based on an hourly fee. These fees can vary greatly depending on the experience level of the person you hire and your location. To find someone in your area you could start with a check of the yellow pages under redesign or home organizing. There are also professional organizations for each of these professions that should be able to give you a list of names of their members in your area. I've linked several below.

I live in a very nice loft. I'm going for the feng shui theme as I'm not into contemporary, traditional or modern decorative styles. Not to mention, I am on a very tight budget. What types of places can I find really great bargains for sheets, furniture, appliances, electronics, vases, wicker, etc. I want stuff that is stylish too...not junk.

Phipps plaza - not cheap, but lots of style (unfortunately, if you want stylish it always costs more.) If budget is a BIG constraint then you'll be stuck looking at Big Lots for your furniture.

New here and looking to find cheap bargains on furniture (like sofas, chairs, dinning tables etc.) and small things for the house (like bath rug, mirrors, kitchenware etc.)
