HELP, PLEASE. (Worried about my Pom)?

Okay, let me start from the beginning.
I have 3 dogs-
1. Missy (Sheltie, 3 years)-Mine
2.Paris (Pomeranian, 2 years)-Brothers
3. Princess (Pomeranian, 1.8 years)-Mine
Well, me and my family are saving up for the move to Melbourne (we live in Perth) to be closer to family. We are shipping thinngs over, starting with the pets (they are to stay with my dad). We have sent Princess over, and she is like my whole world, and the best dog imaginable. I love her to death, so I went to visit her. When I came over, she is SO sick. Every minute she vomitts up this throthy, white thick liquid and she is not eating nor drinking. I thought my dad would be looking after her, but he's not, He ALSO had his dog make Princess Pregnant, so now she has 3 puppies, which are ready to go to their new homes.
I NEED to take my dog to the vet, but my dad is to arrogant to do so. He says "she's just recovering from the puppies" but I know it's something worse.
Here are her symptoms.
1. She has a VERY swollen belly
2. She's on heat again (I want to get her spayed but my dad's like "NO!".
3.She's vomitting up big, thick, white liquid
4. She won't eat
5. She won't drink.
6. She hasn't had her 3rd vaccination (My dad told me he would but never came around to it, *ANGRY*
7. She shakes all the time.
8. Always sleeping.
9. Spends her time in little quite spaces (e.g behind furniture)
10. SHe is not herself.

Now, you see, I would do ANYTHING to take her back to Perth with me, but we are going through some financial difficulty at the moment. So I personally, can't afford to take her to the vet myself nor have her taken back to Perth.
please, any suggestions would be appreciated. I want her to be better and would do anything to make this happen.
Basically I want to know 3 things (if possible.
1. What is wrong with her.
2. Is there anything I can dp
3. Is she going to be okay?

I KNOW I have to take her to the vet. So no "VET ASAP" suggestions please. I am trying to save up as much as I can to take her to the vet next weekend.
Her teats are swollen and hot. What do I do. I'm really scared. But I won't have enough money until next week to pay. Will she be okay until then? Please, suggestions NEEDED. I couldn't bare losing my baby girl.

1. Pyometra (infection of the uterus)
or eclampsia (low calcium levels from nursing the pups)
2 There isn't anything you can do for her at home. There have been numerous suggestions about trying to get food and water into her - this is not a good idea when you have a vomitting dog. Anything you give her by mouth is going to cause her to vomit more. She needs to be getting fluids by IV.
3 She is not okay. I suspect her condition will deteriorate rapidly, but that's just an opinion. Call a Vet clinic and find out what your options are.

I see you have updated the Q. Mastitis would be another condition to consider if her teats are warm and swollen. Painful. She needs a Vet's care ASAP! Start figuring out how you're going to get her there.
