Shaker Dining Room Furniture

I have a 9 year old mini Schnauzer who has been in house training boot camp for 6 years. He was already neutered when we adopted him. He has had multiple vet exams to rule out a medical issue. He is praised every time he's let out and eliminates where is is supposed to. We will keep him outside until he has completely drained his bladder and within minutes of coming insde he will force out a few drops, if not more. The shaker can of pennies has no affect on him. He has no remorse when we find his markings. He has access to a doggie door 24/7 and will still pee right inside the door, on the dining room table, on the toilet, on any furniture and even on our girl dog. He does not sleep in the bed with us. He does not pee in his crate. We've spent thousands of dollars on new flooring that was pee-friendly because of him. He pees in belly bands with no remorse. He will push his belly band down to gain access to his "equipement". We've tried different types of belly bands. Aside from living the rest of his life tied to me or in a crate, I'm out of ideas. We go through 24/7 supervision from time to time and as soon as we think he's got it, it starts again.
Normal people would have taken his butt back to the pound but we're committed to him for the rest of his life. Is there some miracle cure out there I haven't already tried?
I joke I should buy stock in Nature's Miracle. I buy it in gallon jugs. I've even had my house professional cleaned many time and put in new flooring. Nothing stops him.

With some dogs it may be impossible to completely eliminate the problem. Often the urge/instinct to mark is very strong. But, the first thing to do is completely clean all of the areas indoors where he is marking - I mean THOROUGHLY clean with a product such as Nature's Miracle. You may think you have cleaned the spot, but they can still smell the scent of urine even if you can't see or smell it.

The Nature's Miracle eliminates the urine enzymes that linger behind. Then continued use of the belly band while indoors, correction when he makes a mistake and be vigilant in taking him out often is about the only remedy.
